He was b. May 7, 1837 and d. Nov. 13, 1902. She d. Sept. 4, 1904. Tombstones in the Maplewood cemetery, Barnes, Kansas.

Asahel EARLL was son-in-law of John MOLBY, and father of Mrs. William McKELVEY, of Barnes, Kansas, who has the certificate of mem- bership which Samuel MOLBY as Captain of the Company issued to Asahel EARLL at the time of his enlistment for seven years as a member of Company G of the New York State National Guard, 27th of June, 1863.

EARLL was also a volunteer as of September 2, 1864, as a private in Company H., 185th Regiment of New York State Infantry for one year or the duration of the war. He was discharged the 30th of May, 1865, with a statement in his discharge papers that there was no known reason why he should not enlist in the army for further ser- vice, if needed. Mr. EARLL was a farmer.
